Hello, I’m Andreas Haugk, the founder of Haugk Home Designs and Renovations,. My wife Karen and I now run Haugk Home Designs and Renovations from McBride, BC

​

Background

Born in Germany, I started working with my father and uncle at an early age learning all forms of construction and tile setting. At the age of 16 I decided to study and become a Master Cabinet Maker. The process to become a Master Cabinet Maker in Germany involves years of studying, apprenticeship and many years of hands-on carpentry experience to complete the Master Title that includes all types and forms of carpentry.

Beginnings

Moving to Canada in 2007 inspired me to bring my dream of starting my own business to life. Haugk Home Designs and Renovations began in Prince George, BC, moved to the beautiful Robson Valley and is now based in McBride, BC since 2012, where I now reside and have my workshop.

 

Current

Passionate about bringing your custom project to life, no location is too far. 

I have over 45 years of experience specializing in custom design, renovations and furniture making.

Together

The missing piece to the puzzle, Karen runs Haugk Home Designs and Renovations together with me. She has many invaluable years of experience in all fields of remodeling and renovating inspired by her family's background in interior design and decorating.
